Showroom Reopening FAQ

As of July 6th, our Waltham showroom is open by appointment only for project consultations. If you’re shopping for decorative lighting, our consultants are available by virtual consultation, or you can shop our collection of lighting online.

We’ve included details about our reopening and some answers to common questions below. If you have additional questions or there’s anything we can help you with, please don’t hesitate to call or email us!

To make an appointment, please fill out our consultation request form or call us at 781-890-5995 to discuss your project.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.

We are adhering to all mandatory safety standards outlined by the Reopening Advisory Board. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about specific steps we are taking. Among other precautions, we are:  

  • Requiring all employees and visitors to the showroom to wear masks or face coverings.
  • Requiring all employees and visitors to practice social distancing, keeping a distance of 6’ or more at all times.
  • Limiting the number of people attending an appointment to 3 people or fewer. No children, please.

Yes, we are still offering virtual consultations! To schedule a phone or video consultation, please indicate that you would like a virtual consultation when you fill out our consultation request form. You are also welcome to call us at 781-890-5995.

Unfortunately, at this time we are limiting our showroom traffic to project appointments only. Virtual consultations are our preferred medium for individual decorative fixture explorations.

We do not have a date for when the showroom will open for walk-in business. Our primary focus at this time is on Virtual Consultations and by-appointment-only project meetings. Any future updates will be posted on Wolfers.com and shared on social media.

Yes, please call 781-890-5995 to schedule a pickup time. Pickups are contactless and are available Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.

We’re always happy to ship eligible items to you via UPS. We are also currently revamping our van delivery process, with details to be announced soon.

Our customer service and sales teams are available to help you by phone Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. As always, we’d be happy to check order status, answer a question, help you place an order, or assist you with other inquiries.

The new showroom will open in Spring 2021, with an opening date to be announced soon!

The new showroom (called the System 7 Experience Center) will bring everything we do into one space – lighting, shading, and technology. We will have a rotating collection of decorative lighting from our favorite manufacturers, a human-centric lighting lab, and recessed and architectural lighting displays. Since this showroom is in partnership with our System 7 and Boston Shade divisions, we’ll have automated shading displays and home technology to experience on site, as well.

Wolfers has always been a part of Boston’s high-end residential project world. This new Boston location will bring us closer to our partners and provide a convenient and collaborative space for meetings and consultations.
