Clients appreciate The Green Zone because they can compare these new technologies and visualize how the energy-efficient lighting sources will work in their homes, offices or stores. These green lighting options also provide substantial cuts in energy consumption, reducing heating bills and saving money.

An architect recently visited our showroom with a client in the midst of making decisions for her kitchen renovation. The homeowner wanted lighting that was functional, but she also wanted the color of the light sources to enhance her home décor. We explored energy-efficient options in our Green Zone. After comparing the physical sizes and color temperatures of various products, the homeowner and architect were able to make an informed decision on LED cove (above the cabinets) and LED under-cabinet lighting. The project was successful in every way; functional, attractive lighting combined with great energy savings.

Another client, a bar/restaurant owner who is also in the process of a major renovation, came to The Green Zone with a “green consultant”. Our energy-efficient expert went to the job site and worked with the client to develop a plan that included LED decorative pendants, LED task lighting and LED recessed lighting. Additionally, NSTAR was brought in for an upfront analysis, allowing the client to qualify for energy rebates.

Mini Monty is a mouth-blown Murano glass fixture with millefiore glass fusion and silver flakes. These decorative pendants are available in four color options, blue, mocha, opal, or red, and two finish options, bronze or satin nickel.
